Softopper installed... Pics and concerns!

First off here are a few pics of the top:




Now the two areas that I think might be a problem:


Is this how the window corners and outsides are supposed to be? Ain't it going to leak pretty bad!! Also if you roll the windows up with the door closed you can't get out of the truck

72 K5 4x4, 350(rebuilt stock w/edelbrock carb and manifold)/th350, 4"lift 35's, GM 10bolt rear(not thrilled)... Thinking I need some heads and a mild cam or maybe a 5.3!!
