U-Joint and Carrier Bearing Part Numbers

I will be pulling my transmission this weekend. Since it is coming out I want to replace the u-joints and carrier bearing. The carrier bearing is shot and I have at least one joint that feels rough when you spin the cap.

Last night I spent an hour at Rock Auto and O'Reilly websites - it made my head hurt, especially Rock Auto.

I think (from what I read / misunderstood) that the same u-joint is used at all 3 spots. I think I have narrowed it down to one of 3 joints: Spicer 5153X, Spicer 5178X, or Spicer 513101X

And to 2 carrier bearings: Spicer 210527X and National HB206FF.

Can someone who has done this point me in the right direction?
