Where's The Love?
I was just thinking how it seems the focus in this forum is mostly on 67-72 and 73-87 diecast. As far as Hot Wheels goes, there are '56 Flashsider (the longest running Chevy truck they do), the '52 Chevy, La Troca, and even the Custom '62 is barely mentioned. In another thread recently a fellow member made it known he knew very little of the '62's existence. Another member made it known that there are a dozen or so versions out there. I started this thread to help spread the word on what there is out there to be looking for, if you are a true early Chevy/GMC truck fanatical collector like me. I just finally bought the 4th of July '62, which was a limited edition. What sparked this off was looking at a very limited edition La Troca (Advance Design w/skirts & visor) made for an event...Main Street USA Run (Rt66). I'll have to gather up some pictures to share
