WTT C10 for Burb
I posted this on the 67-72 burb board.
I have a 67 long bed custom cab that just needs a motor. Last month I had a pistom come apart in the 454 bigblock that I put in the truck. I am broke and saving for college tution next spring. So I can't afford to rebuild, are pay for the gas to commute to school 200 plus miles a day. So I bought a 500 dollar crewcab deisel that needs a frame. But I would rather put the motor and tranny in a Suburban. That I way I still would have my classic and the great 20mpg. Times are tuff and I would like to trade even up for a 67-72 burb without motor are tranny. It must have a good body not alot of rust and straight. Interrior decent enought to beable to drop the motor and tranny in and drive. I can all ways do interrior and body work later. I don't care if its 2wd or 4wd; 1/2 ton are 3/4 ton. I can deliever and pickup. I may can lay my hands on a 67 short step parts truck, to sweeten the deal. let me know if anyone is interested I can supply lots of detailed photos and info on my truck.
