fuel pump fail

hey y'all

problem is the fuel pump. 1989 4wd extended cab Chevy truck with the original 350. the truck has been sitting for about 10 years when it was no longer needed everyday. i have no decided to sell it. bad fuel in the tank, along with rust now.the truck started so i know the pump worked, but it pumped out rust and bad gas. so i replaced the tank and the fuel pump. now the fuel pump doesn't work.

ive read that these trucks have some wiring issues apparently. anyone have some ideas?

i checked the connections and cleaned up the ground on the frame rail, still no pumping though. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tom
