well i took last friday off and got to cranking on the two-tone. my worst fears on this part of the project were realized when i started sanding the passenger side cab corner...it was rusted through. so with no time to run to KC to get a patch panel, i fab'd up some pieces and made it work.




then taped everything off and knocked the finish down with the da.





2 coats of epoxy primer



3 coats of color



3 coats of clear



everything but the first line of blue tape pulled, almost went back and bought a blue pinstripe i liked it so well.
