Mr. Wolffcub, I am sorry to hear of your experiences, in today's competitive retail environment there is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service. You sir, have shown much more patience than I would have tolerated. Before 8 wks were up I would have canceled my whole order whether I needed the parts after the first missed promise.
Your experiences and well as the other replies to this thread have at least convinced me not to patronize this business.
