I have the truck on the ground with everything on it except for gas and batteries. I have about 3.5" between the bottom of the frame and the top of the axle. No matter how hard I jump on it, it doesn't bottom out.
With that being said, I don't know the actual weight of vehicle so getting the correct spring rate on the first "educated" guess ( I looked around to see what others were running on similar setups) would be nice. However, if I end up needing more or less spring I can always swap them out. Ridetech normally comes to Good Guys in November out here. I plan to put it on their scales and make any adjustments they recommend. For now and for SEMA purposes, it sits perfectly.
