Pinion angle question
I have a 72 c10 with a ford rear end. The pads are not welded to the axel tube. I need to weld the pads on but I'm not sure what to set the pinion angle to.
My plan was to set the truck to ride height (air bags) and align the pinion with the drive line. Next I was going to tack weld the pads on before removing for finish welding. Does this sound reasonable? Thx Dennis
