spare tire when getting larger tires

I wasn't sure which subgroup to post this to, but since in a roundabout way it is related to lifts, I posted it here.

If I'm moving from stock 225/75/15 tires (28.3" tall) to 32x11.5x15 do I need to get a bigger spare?

What would happen if I don't? If I needed it, is that fix a flat stuff any good (where I could get by w/o needing a spare much).

Keep in mind I'm just doing it for the looks, not really for offroading.
