Front Ride Height from Gen 3 Camaro Swap in '55

Hey guys I need some good help and insight from you. I am debating on putting a front crossmember, hub to hub, into my '55 2nd series from a '92 Camaro RS. I am concerned about the ride height after said installation.

What will this swap do to the ride height and will I be able to lower or raise it after I have it installed?

Also as a side note I am going to put the 10 bolt rear end under my pickup as well.
