Brake conversion question

I have a 65 short with a 350 sbc in it. It currently has the stock 6 lug, drum brakes setup. My long-term plan is to complete a disk brake conversion.

I came across a CL ad local to me for a guy selling the following for $100 for all:
Parts from a '79 C10
  • power steering pump with brackets for a 350
  • power brake booster, master cylinder, proportioning valve, mounting bracket and pedal
  • some other miscellaneous parts that will not benefit me
Are the above items things I would need for a disk brake conversion? If I purchased, would I be limiting myself to the model years I could purchase the other parts from? Are the above parts worth it? A little advice is all I'm looking for; thanks for any you guys can offer.
