Rear Cab support/mount replacement

Was wondering if anybody had any tips/ tricks for remove the rear cab mounts, the center of my rear support is really solid so I'll only be replacing the supports on the sides, however I Just finished removing my front supports and that was a royal PITA ! I do have to replace the cab corners as well, and am doing the outer floor extensions. Pics from people who have done it would be awesome ! I've posted some pics of my progress up front. Just waiting on my weld through primer to put the panels back in !
