Do 73-87 lower and upper arms fit 67=72?

It seems I heard you can swap out 73-87 lower and upper a arms directly into the 67-72 , then using the spindle from the73-87 thus having the disc brakes. I guess you would also use the 73-87tie rods as well. Let me know if I'm right and what else is needed.
