Its MUSTARD not ochra !

I found the proof today when cleaning the firewall on Franks 72 suburban. I almost washed it off .The pen they marked it with was so close to ochra that I almost missed it. Next question is why did the factory feel it nessesary to mark it ,the truck was already painted (or at least the firewall was). I have seen the yellow marking elsewhere on the truck under the heater blower. I was told to never to remove these markings but seems a shame to do a frame off and not paint the firewall. Any suggestions?
