BB PS Remote Res.w/ Extension arm? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Usually I go into the archives and find my answers. This time I haven't found what I'm searching for.
I have a 1972 402 BB. I added PS as the truck was never ordered with it.
I'm also in the process of adding an auxiliary battery.

I read somewhere that an EXTENSION ARM is required for the remote reservoir when an auxiliary battery is installed due to the additional junction block I assume.

Is this true? If so, does anyone have a photo? I may need to find one.
