Caliper upgrade for Big 10

I realize the single piston is fairly large on my truck, but is there a dual piston replacement? Ive tried cking a few aftermarket places but not much available unless you do an absolute brake change over.

The brakes havent been touched or worried about in at least 5 years with no issues, but those 5 years are finally catching up. Rotors are wearing unevenly and pads need replaced soon. Id like to do front and rears all at once and be done with it
