250 6cyl and 3 speed w/OD manual trans available

I'm in the midst of swapping out my 250 six cylinder for a crate 350. I'm also going with a rebuilt TH350 in place of the original MM7 three speed + overdrive manual transmission. The engine was rebuilt 20K miles ago and the transmission 10K ago. This is a pre 73 engine that I put into my 82 stepside 5 years ago. It has non integrated head and manifolds. The motor is solid and runs pretty good but the carb needs work, runs very rich regardless of mixture settings. The tranny is fine but the four speed floor shifter is shot.
