2" Shorter Coil Springs = 4" Drop ?!

Recently I purchased a pair of 2" Drop Front Coil Springs from a company called McGaughys out of Phoenix Arizona. I installed them and realized the front of my otherwise stock 1974 half ton 2x4 short bed V8 truck dropped 4" inches. I took measurements before and after and I used to have a 3 1/2 inch gap between the top of the tire and the lip of the fender and now the fender overlaps the top of the wheel by over an inch. Also my front wheels look like they have a bit of negative camber, top of tires lean inward.

This post may have a bit of overlap with my Restoring Rusty thread, but I wanted to hear your thoughts, comments and advice on this situation.
