JBA vs. Hedman
I'm looking to pull the trigger on a set of headers real soon for my 1971 C10 small block.
I'm really thinking about JBA 1830S-6TS. silver coated stainless shorty headers. The second possibility is a Hedman 69013. silver coated regular steel mid-length Hedman has both headers with ball and socket, while JBA only has one (factory replacement) The biggest advantage I see with JBA is a thicker flange and they are stainless (more pricy too). I bought regular steel headers that were coated before and I wasn't impressed. I have JBA on my GTO for about 6 years now and they look as good as day one, but I don't see much talk about JBA on this board? Here is a link for comparison http://www.summitracing.com/compare# Thoughts?
