What could cause this????

I installed a new engine and, yes I admit it was dumb, used my old harmonic balancer and crank pulley. Well after about fifty miles of driving I finally noticed the harmonic balancer wobbling. I replaced it, the crank was not scored, not extra sleeve required, re-assembled and the harmonic balancer is dead on no wobble at all but the crankshaft pulley has a slight wobble. Should I replace that too? (Yes I torqued it correctly.) I really need your collective genius because I am sooooo close to what I want. A slightly beat up truck that is mechanically new. What do you think?

By the way - this truck has become a crusade for me, my goal is to have a truck, a back up vehicle and something not reliant on microchips. I am almost there but I have two sons and I am always working on their cars. Who would buy new today with so many good deals out there if you know what to look for? Anyway, thanks for the help. I should have made my user name bloodyknuckles.
