Front disc replacements 72 C10

Hi all,

I have a 72 C10 with what i think are factory discs on front, the rotor measures about 11" and they have various numbers stamped on them. They are quite rusted and look in poor condition so i want to swap them out. Do i just by like for like and change out the rotors, callipers and hoses or do i change out the spindles too? Do i need drop spindles? I'm happy with the ride height. Here are some pics if anyone could identify these so i know what i have thats a good start...
