Stuck door any help appreciated

So I just got a project 69 c10 that I'm trying to get back on the road and I've hit one major hurdle, I can't get the passenger door open. I've used every kind of penetrating oil I have on it and have gotten the lock working and the handle working good but can't get the door to budge even a little. I've gone thorough all the posts I could find and they just suggest oil and brute force. Well I even sat inside and kicked it while someone else pulled and held the button with no luck. Then I got the idea that maybe it was an alignment thing so I pulled off the fender and took all the bolts off of the hinges and still couldn't get it to budge. I'm about to have to go to the tedious task of cutting off the backing plate to release the door catch but that's really my worst case scenario and would rather not have to do that. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks in advance
