my son's flintstone long 1964 fleetside C10.

My father-in-law gave my son a 1964 long bed fleetside C10. I am wondering how we should attack the floorboards. Both sides have rust areas. One area on the passenger side someone tried to fiberglass the floorboard.

What we are planning to do is make the inside look newish while probably doing some minor repairs. He has the truck almost stripped down. We have an engine/transmission we plan on using.

Some upgrades. We got a deluxe steering wheel and some other parts.

Who should I buy the floorboards from? We did find a C20 but not sure if that cab would work with his truck.

Its going to be his truck so nothing really fast or in perfect shape. I will post some pictures.

Also is it worth it to mount the gas tank outside of the cab under the bed of the truck?
