Blazer back inside panels ?

Hi all , I own a 72 BLAZER & am wondering what would be the easiest way to fab up a pair of rear inside side panels ? Does any one hear have a templet available ? When I bought my truck they had no rear side panels , so I have nothing to go by . I have made a couple of attempts at making them , but I cant seem to get the inner fender shape correct . Also when I got it , it had truck doors on it with the window frame . I've been told its no problem to cut these off ? Any advise on best way to do this ? All help is welcomed ! THANK YOU !
