Ramhorns on a 4X4 which ones?

My 68 K-10 has a 350,sm465-4spd,Rockwell T-221 tcase. I want to put a new exhaust on manifolds back.I might go duals, maybe a single-anyway my manifolds go straight down I think I read that is the stock for a 4x4.I need to know because my truck was originally a 292 6cyl. Thanks
