is this a good deal?

Ok guys, tell me if I am getting a good deal. I think I am getting a great deal but you guys are the experts. I have a guy who is going to replace both floor pans, both rear floor supports and the rocker on the passenger side. He said $250.00 and that includes all parts. He is also gonna relocate my gas tank for around $350.00 this includes the tank, filler hose, sending unit, and filler cap which will be located on the backside of the fender inside of the bed. . He does this kinda work all the time so I know he is good.
