Wheel Question

I recently bought an 83 K10. The previous owner has done : swapped axles from a 3/4, installed newer (02-06) wheels, a 4 inch Rough Country lift, and put on new 315-75R16 BFGs. When you make a full turn the tires rub the pitman arm and the the spring. I know the wheels are the issue. Can anyone tell me some specs for what I will need to get new wheels to correct this problem or is there something else I should be looking at other than the wheels?
