Buying a 1949 Chevy Pickup without a VIN?
I have a customer that bought a half done `49 project. Only came with a Bill of sale because truck doesn't have a vin plate or an engine. The shop that had it (a reputable shop) tells him it was removed years ago before the meteor blasting and now is lost. Truck hasn`t been registered in over 20 years. What are our options?
