Nice work! Honestly, a china HE351 from an american seller may not be a bad idea. I know of two people beating them on CR's making 450hp. I've just found that the china rebuild kits don't seem to match up and work well in a OEM turbo. Stock boost on a VP truck is 17-20psi. A good box and a boost elbow will get them to 25-30 and a nice set of injectors will put you up to 32-42psi. I like to use spring gates and ditch the stock actuator if I want to play with boost a lot.
