Jimal Registered User Join Date: Jun 2014 Location: Connecticut Posts: 521	R&R SBC oil pan in K10, do I need to lift the motor? I need to replace the oil pan and gasket on the 400 in my '65 K10. At first blush it looks like the pan should come out no problem, but I might not be taking the oil pickup and pump into account.
