Cable attachment point from a bolt...

I've used this trick numerous times over the years. It works well.

1) Locate appropriate bolt. I used a 3/8", grade 8 bolt.
2) Center punch where hole is desired.
3) Drill small hole for cable to pass through.
4) Drill larger hole on one end of bolt for end of cable to rest in.
5) Use cutoff wheel to make slot for cable
