It does require a lot of firewall modification. Plus IMO the 6bt is too heavy for a stock C10. I feel that 1 ton (C30) suspension is almost a must for the 6bt. However a 4bt should fit nicely and work well with a C10. From what I understand the 4bt does not need any firewall modification. Just my .02 cents worth.
