PROBLEM SORTED.
60 seconds per side !! Fairy dishwashing liquid, pot of boiling water to heat up rubber bump stops. Good lubrication on all surfaces. Broad flat screwdriver to guide and give minimal force to guide one side while keeping downward pressure then slipped other side home as well. Job Done !!
