radiator repair or replace?

Gotta question about my radiator. it's the 4 core in a 72GMC, with the a/t lines but the truck has the old 3 on the tree.
Anyway, it has sprung a pin hole leak near the top.
should i try to solder it myself?
will this work? or should i take it out and have it done at a shop somewhere? How much should i expect to pay for having this done? Or should i try and find a replacement for it. What fits?
