67-72 body on a 84 frame?

hey, hows it going guys. im looking into investing in an 1984 chevy 3/4 ton 4x4... but i only want to if i can put the body from a 72 onto the frame without too many modifications. The 84 is a 350 4 spd 36,000 or so origional miles but rusted to ****. the only problem is that the truck has been a farm truck its whole life so i dont know how cylinder wear is doin because it was never properly broken in.10 - 15 mph for 20 years cant do it too much good can it? ok, well any info you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
