Leveling Side to side

Preface, Prior to rebuilding the entire front suspension, the truck tilted to the driver side. I rebuilt the entire suspension with new springs and new lower control arms. New disc set up shocks etc etc etc. Truck still tilts down to the driver side by about an inch. The lower control arms are level. The rear suspension is level.
I was thinking about taking a little bit of coil out of the passenger side spring OR
shimming up either the spring or frame on the driver side. (where the spring pocket attaches to the frame.
Seems someone had a similar problem earlier last year.
Any way. looking for some thoughts on this
