Farm fresh 67 C10 Short bed Man on an original like that I would probably even try to avoid removing the rockers. You will never get them to look as cool as it looks right now. Back in the day they used to just "overlay" from the inside with an old sign or something, put carpet over that, and drive the wheels off of it. I would "cherish" that look as long as possible.
