Rear axle not centered in wheel well.

Recently got the family truck back and working on getting all the kinks worked out. I noticed that the rear axle was not centered in wheel well. This was not a huge concern at the time until I put my new 20's on yesterday and now they will rub in the rear of the bed. The truck is an orginal Short Box, PO installed new rear end, drive shaft, and bags. What is the best solution to move the rear axle forward towards the cab a few inches?
