HydroBoost to Vacuum Assist?

Anyone know if it is feasible to convert my 75 Chevy C30 lousy hydro-boost setup to a vacuum assist setup?

The hydro-boost is giving me nothing but trouble!
It has always made the most horrible gurgling, squishy sounds and braking while turning has provided some hairy moments!
Then I accidently over-filled the power steering pump and the noises went away except if I use the brakes now while steering, the power steering capability drops to ZERO!
I'm 64 and trying to steer this beast in tight places is aging me fast!
truck is a Scottsdale Camper Special and I never intend to run a camper or tow anything major with this truck in the foreseeable future.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Wayne
