Trying to figure out what year truck I bought

I was told it was a 1948 3100....but after looking through other builds...I think my truck is a later year...I know someone on here can tell me...so I have a 5 window... One piece door glass...shackle style rear cab mounts..turn door handles instead of push...has the torsion style shock up front(not sure what its called) instead of a traditional style shock....thanks in advance
