frame moving behind steering box

When I turn the wheels left while standing still, I can have someone pull down on the steering wheel while I was checking the pitman arm and I noticed that the frame that the steering box is mounted twists a tad. It is very slight but I guess I'm wondering is that is normal or do I have a problem. The truck is a 72 C-10. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill
