69-72 Hickey outside spare tire carrier. I fully restored it with full intention of putting it on my truck. But I have now decided not to use due to the size of the tires I'm using on my project. All parts have been blasted, Primed, Painted and Cleared. All new hardware is also included. Will crate up in a wooded box for protection during shipping. $300 Plus Shipping
