1964 C10 steering bearing

My C10 steering wheel grinds when I turn it like the bearing is bad. I also had to unhook my horn because when I turn the wheel full lock it would honk. There is no slop in the wheel, just tight.

How much trouble is it to replace the bearing (or bearings?) and where should I get the parts?

thanks
