Parking lights will not work
I am just looking for some back up here. 1979 C10. I just installed a painless harness and hooked up all the lights on the front. driver side is grounded to the fender, passenger side is grounded to the frame. Headlights and brights work. flashers and turn signals work, but no parking lights. I used my original light switch, I am guessing this is the problem. Does anybody now how to test the switch. Not looking forward to taking it out, but I have to remove my bezel to install the radio so will check then.
Rethinking this, the original lights were all connected and that's why the grounds are they way they are, mine a separated at the firewall, any chance I should ground the driver side to the frame? Neither side works Is there any chance this has to do with the tail lights not being hooked up?
