Evap Can Question

My fuel canister has the three lines coming from it as it should, but I know some may have more than 3 lines. The line labeled "EVAP" is solidly connected to the fitting. Above where this line is connected, it appears as though the fitting could be broken. Should there be another line connected here? I can't see down into the fitting so it does not look like there would be any flow to another line.

Note: I know this is posted in wrong section. Wasn't able to move.
