Need 1952 Chevy ¾ ton pickup help (Tension Post and Spring (Drum Brakes))

I have a 1952 ¾ ton pickup. I am extremely new to working on vehicles and new to this site. I am really having trouble getting parts and guidance so I was hoping the people who share my passion for old trucks can in some way help. I am not even sure I am describing this correctly….. I believe this is a tension post and spring from my front drum brakes that mounts the shoes to the backing plate. Can someone help me to properly identify the correct name? And, does anyone know where I can get some? The previous owner had a bolt in the other side… I don’t think I want to stick with that route. Any help is much appreciated!
