63 C10 283 hesitated than backfired
Working on a 63 truck that has been sitting for awhile. Put new plugs,points,wires,cap,rotor,coil and fuel pump. Carb looked fine so added new fluids and began start test. It wanted to fire up but hesitated than backfired and blew the oil cap almost thru the hood? Sound like a hole in the piston?
