Smog Pump Question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Sorry Im new here, so if I am doing this wrong, please let me know.
I have a 1984 Chevy Silverado C20 Pickup. I took it through emissions the other day and they said all the tests passed but they were not going to pass me because I have no smog pump on the truck.
I bought one off ebay, and I am not sure if I got the right one. Would it have come with 2 brackets? I only got one but it seems like I need 2 in order for it to be installed correctly.
Can someone please tell me if it is 2 brackets that I need or if not if someone maybe has a picture of correctly installed one that I can look at.
