1972 "Ol Blue"

I've been regretting selling my full Porterbuilt frame soon after I sold it.. But it went to good hands and the truck turned out nothing short of beautiful. With the frame gone, 2 parts trucks laying around and being around some awesome C10 builds... It's been killing me!

So I decided it was about time to get started on my own. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted, something that looked classic but just a hint of modern features. That's where the help of Keg Media comes in, they nailed the rendering for me!

With the help of my friend Chris Stafford (He built Clyde and is helping build Silver Fox) we are putting a nice plan together for my truck "Ol Blue".

Wheels/Tires:
Raceline Commotions 22x8.5 & 22x10
Toyo Proxes STII 265/35 & 285/35

Suspension:
LongShot Fab Front Crossmember
Custom Back-half built by Popeye's Rod Shop
Either Moser's 12-Bolt or Moser 9"
Baer 13" T4 (Front) Baer 13" SS4+ (Rear) ordered from Travis at AzProPerformance
Air Management will be controlled by Airlift Performance H3 System

Motor/Trans:
Will be a 6.0L LS with mild cam swap & tune
Transmission will be a built 4L60 from Transmission Builder Guy
Still working out how I want to dress them out

Body Mods:
Still in the planning stage, won't be anything crazy. Have a few ideas in my head for something different for the bed.
And some new carbon fiber tubz from a man that needs no introduction on here, Mike Losh.

That is the plan for now. Some of the major parts should start rolling in soon. Have to get in line at Popeye's as he has some badass builds going on.
But that'll give me time to start doing some rust repair on the cab.
